You are invited to participate in a delegation to explore sustainable communities and wellness in Cuba.
Our delegation is thoughtfully curated to get participants engaged in meaningful dialog, learning about the sustainable communities and meet artists, farmers, and entrepreneurs set against the beautiful backdrop of rustic Cuba. Learn about the wildlife thriving in the pristine waters, delicious meals with discussions about Cuba’s history and culture.
Here’s what we have planned for June 8-15, 2019.
Day 1 Arrive in Havana
Dine with leading Cuban experts with a sunset stroll along the iconic Malecon, sea wall.
Day 2 Walking tour of old Havana
Explore Old Havana followed by a guided tour of the National Museum of Fine Art. Watch history unfold as you walk through the extraordinary collection.
End the night with sensational art, drinks, and dancing to live music at La Fabrica de Arte Cubano, Havana’s ultra modern and hottest gallery, venue and nightclub.
Day 3 Dance the day away to paradise
Learn the many styles of Cuban dance.
Wander through the surreal and astounding gallery of Cuba’s premier mosaic artists.

Jose Fuster has been creating mosaic sculptures for over 50 years and is often called the Gaudi of Cuba.
Depart for paradise at the eco-hotel, La Moka, with stunning views of the tropical forest from every room. Meet locals to learn about this sustainable eco-village.

Explore the organic garden of Cuba’s first farm to table vegetarian restaurant nestled into the side of the mountain in the Las Terrazas community. Taste the venue-Cuban vegetarian cuisine.
Day 4 Tour Utopia
Choose your adventure with an array of educational activities on an eco-reserve including a viewing the canopy with an exhilarating zip line, tropical bird watching, or meet local artist in their studios.

Spend the afternoon learning about the tropical forest in a secluded spot along the river. The water is so clean you can drink it. Feast on traditional Cuban countryside cuisine.
Day 5 Over the Rainbow
Visit a medicinal herb farm and garden of over 300 local orchids located in lush community of Soroa:, the rainbow of Cuba. Savor locally grown refreshments and learn about traditional Cuban herbalism.


Learn about the tropical micro-climate through a jungle hike to the beautiful waterfall.

You can sip coffee or a fresh pina colada at the out door cafe overlooking the falls or traverse the slippery stones and feel the water under the cascade.
Dine in the home of a local ethnographer, who has collected ancestral recipes from the Afro-Haitian descendants.
Learn first hand how to make wildcrafted elixirers during a workshop.
Wildcrafted meal served in traditional guards with traditional recipe handed down from generations
Day 6 (Coral) Reefer Madness
Take a guided snorkel tour of the vibrant coral reef at the historical Bay of Pigs and see how Cuba sustains the healthiest reef in the Caribbean.
Day 7 My Heart is in Havana oolala
Say goodbye to tropical fish as we return to Havana for a farewell dinner and final evening of entertainment.
Day 8 Farewell Cuba
Leave for the airport.
